Please complete the four part registration form below. The information will be reviewed by our membership committee. All applicants, regardless of training baseline, MUST attend one of our Observer Training Classes. If you previously attended an IGFTO OTC, and need a refresher, free of charge, log-in and use the Refresher button. Following your application review, you will receive an email which will contain a link to a page where you can pay your application fee. A small convenience fee is added for credit card payments so the total amount for your first year as a member is $295. Going forward, the annual dues are just $129.99 Thank you for your application.
