Observer Training Course Registration/Membership Application

We welcome qualified applicants to join us in our mission to preserve and conserve gamefish worldwide.

A few things to keep in mind:

Give your application the attention it deserves.

The tournament directors hold IGFTO Observers to a high standard; therefore, we have a rigorous application process. Make sure you set aside 20-30 undistracted minutes to thoroughly and accurately complete the application and the follow-up actions.

Be prepared to list previous experience and references.

In order for us to verify your skill level, you’ll be asked to list any previous tournament locations and dates, observer or professional experiences, and individual references who can verify your background.

Have your form of payment ready.

You’ll have 24 hours after submitting your Course Registration/Membership Application to pay the $295 registration fee. This holds your course registration and keeps your application in good standing. Forms of payment include PayPal, credit card, or Venmo.
